HUMDRUM - Typeface Design

HUMDRUM is a geometric sans serif typeface I developed as part of the visual identity of a (fictional) design store of the same name. My gridded sketches were vectorised using Adobe Illustrator and subsequently imported into TypeTool, where I kerned and published them.

Available in four styles: regular, italic, condensed and condensed italic.

Elena Hogan acknowledges and pays respect to the traditional custodians and first peoples of the land on which she works - the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.
