My mother is a freelance patisserie chef. I grew up watching her diligently teach herself how to sculpt fondant, convert gelatine units and temper the smoothest chocolate. Sheβs incredible.
I created this series to celebrate my mum and capture the warmth I feel in her kitchen. The work is a combination of pastel, graphite, ink and photoshop layering. The style of this set could also be adapted into a recipe book. I hope you like it! π
